For this Easter I hosted a Pastel Easter Palette. Old milk jars tied with a ribbon and filled with pink milk graced the centre table along side a vase filled with pussy willows and pastel Easter eggs. Reused juice bottles also tied with coordinating ribbon was the cup of choice with a butterfly straw. Chicken wire egg nests made their homes on the clear guest plates and filled with moss and robins eggs. A pink tulle wreath hung with the pastel streamers was the perfect backdrop for this scene and an old raggedy barn board painted with pastel colours directed the way to the egg hunt. Easter Bunny himself made a appearance for dessert.

I just loved making these Robin's Nests. They looked so adorable on the plates.
Meet the chicks which were a huge part of this part this gathering.....
And so was Easter Bunny....everyone wanted his tail!
I am a firm believer of reclaiming, recycle and reusing, so it was only natural to use it within the party. Recycled juice bottles tied with a ribbon made for perfect cups. Old milk jars, which held the pretty pink milk and reclaimed barn board for the sign just added the right touch. Also used was the reused cleansed chicken wire and an old horseshoe nail box elevated the centrepiece in the middle of the table.
